Danny is the Founder of Gamboa Co., where he helps companies and leaders grow through proven strategies in sales, leadership, and business development.

Over 13 years with Southwestern Advantage, Danny earned one of the company's highest leadership positions as a Senior District Sales Manager — at just 24 years old — and ranked as the #2 American salesperson in the country. Under his leadership, team sales grew from $316,000 to over $3.1 million in four years.

Today, Danny works with organizations and entrepreneurs to build high-performing teams, implement scalable sales systems, and develop strong leadership cultures. He's also a real estate investor, managing over $4 million in assets.

As a professional speaker, Danny delivers dynamic presentations focused on growth, leadership, and personal development — for audiences from small leadership teams to crowds of over 1,000 people at companies and conferences.

Born in Colombia, raised in the United States, Danny brings a global perspective to every room he steps into. Outside of business, he plays soccer, runs marathons, has visited 30 countries, and once completed a seven-day fast.
